For everyone who likes to "talk" to Ella on the phone, you all know she stops talking when we put the phone up to her ear because she's so busy trying put it in her mouth. She'll grab at it and slobber all over it, usually pushing enough buttons in the process that she inevitably hangs up on you. But, she is learning! The other day I was watching her play and she has started to put her toy cellphone up to her ear (or at least the side of her head) and will talk. It's so funny! She's not very good at standing on her own for long periods if she's also doing something else. Apparently, talking on the phone and balancing are a tough combination... Here she is, check out her pigtails!

Have you picked dates to come home (to Victoria) for a visit? Wanda is here March 12 up until Easter and then back at the end of June....so spring is free for house guests! Hope to see you guys soon, E
